Scheduling your Order & Pick up or delivery
We make from scratch every order after the order is placed to ensure the freshest yummy treats!
When placing your order, you will select "pick up" or "delivery." Any St. Cloud, MN address receives free delivery! The pick up address is 2012 13th St. S. St. Cloud, MN 56301. With a range of delivery pick up times, we are confident we can get your goodies safely and promptly to you! See below for delivery and pick up times.
For pick up: simply place in the comment section at checkout the delivery time and date you are requesting pick-up. we place your order outside in our pick-up rolling cart in an area protected from the elements. Your order is outside for 10-15 minutes prior to your pick-up time to ensure it is not outside for long.
For delivery: simply place in the comment section at checkout the delivery time and date you are requesting delivery.
If the pick-up or delivery time and date is not available for us to accommodate, we will do our best to provide a solution of bringing it to you sooner or at a convenient time for you!
If you are needing an order within 48 hours, and are unsure if we can accommodate, simply place the order with the pay later/cash option and place in the comments your preferred pick up/delivery time. We will reach out to you asap in our business hours (7am-11pm)

Since we're providing freshly baked goods, please note that we do not offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority! If your cookies don't meet your expectations or if there was an issue with your order, please let us know. We'll be happy to bake a fresh batch for you to ensure you have the Allove it and more experience you deserve.
